You know, on the one hand I think this is not right when companies fight with each other in patent wars. I know that this is intellectual property and stuff like that but sometimes it leads to literary ridiculous situations. But on the other hand, “healthy” competition is the main force that moves the progress. But, let’s get back to the problem itself. Apple is now involved in battles on two fronts and their enemies are HTC and Samsung. Also, to fortify its positions, Apple has now another patent in its rows –a patent for a "portable electronic device with graphical user interface supporting application switching." In other words, this document covers almost any possible multitasking smart-phone or tablet that offers this feature. You know, now I am interested in what BlackBerry’s Playbook is going to say? This is the first device available on the market that has a multitasking feature. So, maybe Apple will even get RIM involved in the patent struggle.
