AT&T and Samsung Offer Extraterrestrial Phone, the Solstice

In stellar cell phone news, today Samsung and AT&T declared the Solstice’s availability. The Solstice comes equipped with a 3-inch touchscreen, TouchWiz, and a heap of odd social networking applications. Nothing notably innovative about the phone but it seems to me that the social networking will attract those with obsessive social disorders. The device comes accompanied with 3G, a 2 megapixel camera, microSD support up to 16GB, and buttons to function the phone… there’s not much more to talk about. It will be offered beginning August 2nd for $99.99 with a two-year contract. I would call it a fairly reasonable price, but it could be cheaper. Read.
