Is my information that I submit secure?
- t's okay, rest assure that your information is trusted here among the Cell Phone Trek family. Our main priority is your security and the safety of your order. Your orders are processed through the use of one of our many secure servers were all your information is encrypted once typed in. For your safety, we do not store any credit card numbers so that your information cannot be seen or retrieved by anyone what so ever.
I emailed your company. When can I expect a response?
- Hearing from you means the world to us and customer service is one of our top priorities here at Cell Phone Trek. Sometimes our inbox may become a bit flustered with other emails from other customers, on average, please allow at least 48 business hours for us to respond to you. If it takes any longer, we do apologize, we will respond to you as soon as possible. We take time to respond to each and every correspondence in a timely, organized and respectful manner to better serve you and your individual needs.
What if I have questions about your products?
- In our three departments, you will find that we have support professionals standing by to have any questions you may need answered. Please feel free to email, or call with any questions you may have. Our technical, shipping, and office departments have professionals just standing by waiting to help you out in any way possible.
I am a retail owner, can I get wholesale prices from your company?
- Unfortunately we are strictly and mainly a retail company and as of right now we do not offer wholesale pricing. However, you may find that that our retail pricing is quite inexpensive and a much better quality than most wholesale companies.
My product does no fit or work. How do I get a refund?
- We will be happy to refund products returned within 15 days. All refunds do take time to be processed, processing may take up to 10 to 15 business days. Feel free to call in and ask about the status of your order, our operators will be glad to check on the current status of your refund or interest you in an exchange if you have received the wrong product. Or just return the item and we will give you a refund with no questions asked.
What are my payment options?
- We only accepts American Express, Master Card, Discover, Visa, Optima, or, Pay Pal as form of payment. Unfortunately, Cash On Delivery (C.O.D.) is not available as payment at this time.
