Germany was not the only country where Apple succeeded in banning the Galaxy tab 10.1 sales. Apple has managed to ban the Galaxy Tab 10.1 in Australia as well and I am very surprised that this patent war happens to be so cruel. But, the good news is that there is always a way out from every situation. Australia's Federal Court is going to overturn a ban on Galaxy Tab 10.1 sales that was placed in October. Apple still has some time until 4 PM to find a proper explanation why Samsung’s device should be banned and if not – well, Sammy wins! But no matter the result (I have my fingers crossed for Samsung) this patent war is not over. Business is business but profit is profit and when you rule a major company like Apple, you will do your best to make the others fall behind but if someone gives up very easy, it doesn’t mean that everybody else will do the same.
