Finally Samsung makes, probably, one of the most important decisions in its mobile factor and I am pretty sure that with time we are going to see it spreading all over the other platforms but for now it will be smart-phones and tablets only. Sammy is about to launch its very own mobile ads solution called Samsung AdHub Market. This will allow companies to use advertising space in applications on Samsung devices. What is also interesting – Samsung AdHub Market will automatically become direct competitor with Google's own mobile ad service but as far as 2 out of 3 Android devices are from Samsung, I think they can allow impudence like this. Also, OpenX is said to make this available for Samsung and here’s how OpenX Chief Executive Tim Cadogan comments the idea: "This is the first time any device manufacturer has entered the ad tech space in this way. It is becoming very clear to the principals in the mobile space that advertising is going to be a very important part of the revenue mix".
