The game according to its developers  will receive Android updates  on the handset  at the same rate as that of a desktop. Below is their statement, 'When playing on smartphones you will have a different screen size compared to PC, different hardware, different attention spans and thus the game needs to be customized to fit the mobile specifications,' The game will be available only on the Sony Ericsson Xperia Play for the time being.
