In a late breaking story, it was announces shortly that Steve Jobs, CEO and savior of Apple has resigned and that Tim Cook will take over for the founder and as most credit, the Savior of Apple with his simple yet genius idea of the i line of products. Steve Jobs sent a letter to the board today which stated the following 'I have always said if there ever came a day when I could no longer meet my duties and expectations as Apple’s CEO, I would be the first to let you know. Unfortunately, that day has come.' Now it goes on to say that Steve Jobs is down but not out and the Plan B should be enacted and that Tim Cook should be the new CEO. Jobs also went on to says that 'I believe Apple’s brightest and most innovative days are ahead of it. And I look forward to watching and contributing to its success in a new role.I have made some of the best friends of my life at Apple, and I thank you all for the many years of being able to work alongside you. Now this is going to be an interesting next few hours and the pictures is from a pervious post about Apple suing over Patents but it was the best I could do in a pinch and personally I love it because I hate Patent trolls. What does all of this really mean, why is Jobs quiting? Is his Cancer back? Is Jobs on Borrowed Time? Post your comments below and let us know. as the story develops we will update this post.
